The center of every BBQ is food, and we have everything you need to make this year’s cook out inclusive and delicious for your little ones.
We have created a balanced meal so you can take the day off. Our meals have three categories, with multiple choices. Our nutritionist constructed these meals with the USDA preschool nutrition recommendations.
For your protein you have a choice of chicken, salmon, or beef. They have all the flavor of the grill, with the smart nutrition from us. This is balanced with our muffins and smoothies. Which are packed with healthy grains, fruits, and vegetables. It is good to balance BBQ food with hydrating foods, as grilling is a dry cooking technique.
It also happens that our favorite summer fruits and vegetables are the ones that help protect us during the summer. All our dishes contain a variety of vegetables and fruits, that help keep you healthy from the inside out. Our muffins and smoothies especially contain ingredients rich in antioxidants that fight off free radicals that can damage skin due to sun exposure.
Did you know that avocado oil has natural SPF? Doesn’t mean you would slap on a layer of guacamole, but it’s medicinal and regenerative properties can be helpful in combination with other healthy ingredients.
