We love using purple yam, a widely used ingredient use in the East know to help
promote longevity. Yams are great for your child as they are dense in
carbohydrates, providing fuel for play, as well as fiber, providing fuel for a health
digestive system. Purple yams in particular, add antioxidants due to their color.
Pear and orange juice pairs well with this dish, adding in vitamin C, vitamin K
and potassium.
